MOUNT CARROLL – The Carroll County Courthouse is closed for business until 8:30 a.m. April 7, to comply with Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s stay-at-home order over the coronavirus outbreak.
A plan is in place to ensure essential court cases and other business will be completed as necessary at the courthouse, 301 N. Main St., Sheriff Ryan Kloepping said.
The sheriff’s office will continue to provide 24-hour service, with safety precautions for the virus that may change how deputies respond. No services will be eliminated, and the stay-at-home order will be enforced as necessary.
