The buck stops here: Rodeo riders rustle up some fun at Carroll County Fair

Aug. 9, 2018

A whole posse of riders from Iowa-based T&C Rodeo put on a show at the Carroll County Fair on Thursday night. Fair season has been in full swing in recent weeks, with Lee County opening its gates first, followed by Ogle County. Once Carroll County's fair folds up, fair-goers will have a few more chances to enjoy the annual summer tradition of carnivals and corn dogs. Whiteside County’s Fair runs Aug. 14 to 18 at 201 W. Winfield St. in Morrison; go to whitesidecountyfair.org for more information. The following week, the Bureau County Fair rolls out the welcome mat from Aug. 22 to 26 at 811 W Peru St., Princeton; go to bureaucountyfair.com for more information.
