Coatney signs with UW Whitewater

Eastland High School senior and guard for the Eastland Cougars girls' basketball team Lydia Coatney recently signed to play basketball for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Coatney was a member of the Cougars’ Class 1A runner-up team for the 2018-19 season year.

At the start of her junior year, she became the eighth Eastland girls’ basketball player to score 1,000 points.
