Extension programs set in Thomson

THOMSON – University of Illinois Extension will have free Let’s Live Well programs this fall at Thomson Public Library, 1005 W. Main St.

Sessions include:

• Simplfy Your Live by Clearing the Clutter, 10 a.m. Oct. 19, with ways to organize in order to declutter and reduce stress.

• Who Gets Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate?, 1 p.m. Nov. 2, with a discussion on non-titled property and other legal issues for adults. Extension Educator Karla Belzer and lawyer Emily Hardy will be the speakers.

• Stories from the Past – A Legacy for the Future, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 5. Participants will receive information on the importance of storytelling, and explore ways to preserve individual and family stories.
