James named 4-H’er of the Month in Whiteside

MORRISON – Quinn James of the Cottonwood 4-H Club in Morrison was named the February 4-Her of the Month by the University of Illinois Extension, Whiteside County 4-H Program.

James, a 5-year 4-H’er, regularly attends monthly club meetings and is president of her 4-H Club this year. She also is a part of the Federation, the county’s 4-H teen group.She is entered in many different projects this year, including some livestock areas.

Each month, 4-H members and volunteers can be nominated to the be the 4-H’er or volunteer of the month in Whiteside County 4-H. Extension staff then votes on the top nominee after all entries are entered. If you are a part of 4-H and would like to nominate someone, go to
